Delivery methods
Ordered goods from CannaCare.eu can be delivered by one of the delivery companies:
- 89 Kč - PPL (Delivery to the address)
- 89 Kč - PPL (Parcelshop)
- 89 Kč - Česká Pošta (Package to your hands)
- 89 Kč - Zásilkovna (Z-Point)
Delivery time
If you complete your order and payment by 2 pm, delivery usually takes 2 workdays. Orders paid after 2 pm will be delivered within 3 workdays. The order will be delivered by the chosen delivery service during the weekdays to the address provided by you or to the address of the collection point.

Free shipping for purchases over 2 000 Kč / CZK 2,000.
Payment methods
Online payments are provided by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
- Credit card transaction
The fastest way to pay is online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter your card number, validity date and CVC code - three numbers at the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive via SMS from your bank.
- Payment by bank transfer
Immediate payment via internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the prepared payment order.
You will be redirected back to the store after the payment has been completed. Payment is confirmed immediately, we will continue to execute the order without any delay.
