Cannabigerol (CBG)

Cannabigerol in its natural form (CBGA) is one of the primary cannabinoids. During flower maturation, it transforms into other known cannabinoid substances. That is why he is sometimes nicknamed the "mother of cannabinoids".

 

 

1) Bones
CBG stimulates bone growth. It is of great assistance in the treatment of fractures and other injuries of the musculoskeletal system.

 

2) Inflammation
Thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, CBG helps in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the skin and internal organs.

 

3) Nervous system
CBG has neuroprotective properties which reduce the risk of degenerative brain diseases. It can also serve as a mood stimulant during episodes of anxiety.

 

 

4) Digestive system
CBG has been shown to be very effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, namely Crohn´s disease. It also positively stimulates appetite and can thus help with problems associated with eating. 

 

5) Sight
By way of reducing intraocular pressure, CBD can help protect your eyesight. It also acts as a prevention against glaucoma, popularly known as glaucoma.

 

6) Cancer
Research on animal model organisms confirms the positive effect of CBG in the treatment of colon cancer. Furthermore, promising research into the effect in the treatment of breast cancer is currently underway.

 
What is CBG?

CBG or cannabigerol is one of the cannabinoids found in plants without any psychoactive effects. The research into CBG is not nearly as common on the Czech or global market as it is in the case of CBD. We are one of the first research teams in the world to use this substance in the production of preparations.

Discovered in the 1960’s, later than CBD, CBG has mainly antibacterial and anti- inflammatory effects. Generally speaking, CBG is not as widespread on the Czech or global market, and so it is not only the goal of our research team but of the global scientific community to demonstrate its further therapeutic effects and make it available for use by the general public.
